Transformation

Good Morning,

So this morning I woke up at six am. Did a pretty normal routine, checked on my sleeping son, made my way to the bathroom, checked on my dogs, and talked with my sister Sam.

Now for what ever reason I got my my laptop and started looking a pictures of my self last year. Many know that I have been fighting to lose weight for a while. I started my college experience in Fall 2009 at 185lbs... I know wow. I can happily say that I walked across that stage a graduation only 160lbs in June 2013.

...back to my realization this morning. As I was looking at pictures on my facebook I came across Easter 2012. OMG I look like my little Sam...


Seeing this made me drop my jaw. I knew i had lost weight but this was just weird to see.

I know I've lost weight in April cause I compared pictures of myself in January 2013 vs. April 2013.


... I know crazy right...LOL


I quickly went to the MEC Graduates Ball 2012. Then went to my own MEC 2013 Graduates Ball .

 

... Look at my arms !!!! and my Face!!!!

As of today I weigh 157lbs. I have SEVEN pounds to go to get back to my pre-baby weight. Yea if you didn't know my son is five years old now soon to be six.


Now I know that your probably wondering why I am sharing this. I just wanted to so deal with it..LOL Joking I have worked so hard to lose my post-baby weight and to go through college, and all the things associated, Life as a mother, and life as woman. 

Ok ok... Ive rambled enough. There is no secret to my weight lose, and by no means am I a professional giving advice. I'm just saying that everyone especially FEMALES should take care of themselves. Eat as healthy as you can. I repeat ...as you can. We live in a fast food nation and it get even harder when you have a kid... 

Go to your doctor regularly, all of them... Eyes, Heart, Physical, Mental, etc.

And enjoy life don't spend the day sitting doing nothing. You will not...Will Not get anywhere if you do. Just simply dancing while you clean the house or cook, is easy cardio. Take the stairs when ever possible. And you will gain and lose, but keep going... Make your inner circle is good people. I was lucky to have a inner circle of people who told me when I looked BAD, and didn't just tell me but told me why. For that I must dedicate this blog to those people.
